Share Secured and Share Certificate loans will be at 2.25% above the rate being paid. The rate will not be lower than
5.00%.
FILING FEES: You will be charged a lien filing fee at the time of the advance if the credit union takes a security interest
in your collateral. The amount of the filing fee will be based upon the amount of fee required by state law for the credit
union to obtain a lien on your property. The amount of the filing fee will be disclosed on the credit voucher. You will
also be charged for the credit union obtaining a credit report and for the credit union to file a "Notice of Security Interest.
LATE CHARGES:You will be charged a late charge of 5.00% of the principle payment, but not more than $25.00 or less
than $2.50 if the payment is more than 10 days late.
COLLECTION COSTS: You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this agreement including
court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
